our posts as well as our wishlists
• both admins prefer to trade within the usa or canada
• we are located in Pennsylvania ( EST time zone ) so please keep this in mind if we do not reply right away, especially if it's later in the day
• we both work full time jobs, so we try our best to be
timely and respond as quickly as possible!
• 🐭 admin has two dogs, so just be aware of this
• 🐸 admin has to pick up trades from 🐭 admin's house. so these proofs might come later than expected

• we will send pictures and/or videos of any item(s) that we are trading or selling — in the light or with the flash, to show any marks that might be from the original album packaging
• we pack all photocards in a sleeve, toploader, greeting card, and envelope
• we may pack larger items with things such as ziploc bags, cardboard, bubblewrap, etc. inside something like a greeting card and an envelope
• we will send a picture to confirm the address, as well as the packaging, before sending a video of us mailing

◤ for sleeves ◢
— we always put the sleeve in the toploader so that the opening of the sleeve is at the bottom of the toploader
— we DO NOT tape the sleeve, and we would not like our sleeves taped as well. please only tape the toploader shut!
◤ for toploaders ◢
— if a toploader is not available we will use cardboard
— we DO tape the toploader shut so that the sleeve does not fall out
— we DO tape the toploader to the greeting card so that it doesn't slide
◤ for greeting cards ◢
— if a greeting card is not available we will ask if another form of protection is okay (ie. cardboard, index card etc.)
— we DO tape the greeting card shut
◤ for envelopes ◢
— we tape our envelopes shut to ensure that the item that we are trading does not fall out of the envelope

• if we have a post with multiple items, please be specific with what you would like to trade for and what you are offering
• PLEASE DO NOT offer us items that are not specified in the captionnotice !
• please dm and comment if interested in a trade, there are times where we don't get notificationsmailing!
• we always send trades through stamped mail
• we are not responsible for any lost or damaged mail
• we will send a video of us mailing your items — we do expect the same, but if you don't send a video of yourself mailing then we may ask to wait for our part to come before we send out yours.
• sometimes we write @s on envelopes if we have a large amount of trades to send — PLEASE let us know if you don't like your @ written on envelopes and we will send yours individually
